the Official website for the Capoeira Senzala clubs in the Leeds Area. We have been running since 2006 under the guidance of Mestre Gato, one of the founding members of the Grupo Senzala organisation - one of the biggest and well respected groups in Brasil.
We have an international base in that many Mestres have attended our workshops and Batizados - Mestres Gato, Peixinho, Ramos, Itamar, Gil Velho and Suassuna to name but a few as well as many Contra-Mestres, Professors and Instructors from the UK, Europe and Brasil.
